By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

- Capacity and Safety: You warrant that you are over 18 years of age or, if you are registering a minor, you take full responsibility for their conduct and safety.
2. Ticketing and Registration
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless credit terms have been agreed for institutional or group bookings.
- Non-Transferable: Your registration is issued for your personal use only. You may not sell, share, or otherwise transfer your registration or badge to any other person without the Organiser’s prior written consent. Badge sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Cancellations and Refunds (Attendee): All ticket sales are deemed final transactions.

- Any refunds processed will not include administrative, processing, or handling charges previously paid.
- Force Majeure: If the Event is cancelled or suspended in its entirety due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, safety reasons, or any other matter beyond the Organiser’s control), the Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to either reschedule the event, issue a full or partial refund, or offer a credit towards a future event. The Organiser cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by the Attendee in this circumstance (e.g., travel, accommodation).
3. Event Changes and Cancellation (Organiser’s Rights)

- Right of Exclusion: The Organiser reserves the right at any time to exclude or remove from the Event any Attendee whose behaviour is, in the opinion of the Organiser, unacceptable, constitutes a nuisance or annoyance to others, or breaches these T&Cs. In the event of such exclusion, no refund, full or partial, will be issued.
- Prohibited Items: The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any person found in possession of prohibited items (which may include excessive audio/visual devices, offensive clothing, or any dangerous items).

- Personal Safety: All Attendees are advised that attending the Event may involve danger and risk to their personal safety, and they are responsible for all children under their care.
- Exclusion of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Organiser excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by an Attendee, however arising, in connection with attendance at the Event.
- Indemnity: You must indemnify and keep the Organiser indemnified against all losses, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with any claim, demand, action, or proceedings arising wholly or partly, directly or indirectly, from your act or omission at the Event.
